The Marylebone Hotel London

The rooms at Marylebone were stylish and classy, providing a comfortable stay for our family of three. The gym and pool were top-notch, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the action on Oxford Street without the noise. The service was superb, with standout staff members like Godwin and Stav. Marylebone is now our favorite hotel in the city. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located in the heart of a beautiful neighborhood, making it easy to access popular attractions and the tube. Guests have raved about the 108 restaurant, where the staff provides excellent service and the food is delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as large television screens and central air conditioning. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, making them feel welcomed and well attended to. this hotel offers a fantastic experience with its convenient location, excellent service, and enjoyable dining options.

Great location for exploring the vibrant Marylebone neighborhood. We had a comfortable stay with a cozy room that exceeded our expectations. The highlight of our visit was accessing the state-of-the-art gym in the basement, a fantastic perk! The doormen were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this charming area.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, with comfortable and clean rooms. The bar was great for pre and post cocktails. The staff, including Gemma, were extremely polite and helpful. The spa and massage were amazing.

I was disappointed with the maintenance of the rooms. There were noticeable scuff marks and dents, giving the impression that the rooms were not properly taken care of.

It is also just a short walk to famous attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. The rooms are bright, spacious, and well-appointed, with quality beds and linens. The bathroom amenities provided are of top-notch quality. The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. There is also a guest lounge where you can relax and enjoy the cheerful service.

One downside is that the gym, spa, and rooftop bar were not accessible during my stay.

Excellent customer service, attentive and helpful staff. Well-appointed hotel in a fantastic location, just off Oxford Street. New cocktail bar adds to the experience. Good sleep quality on quiet street. Convenient to walk to the West End, Regent's Park, and city attractions.

This luxury hotel is an ideal destination with its exceptional location and desirable facilities that cater to all of your needs. the service provided by the staff is impeccable, with a Spa & wellness centre that is perfect for relaxation. the indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna are exclusive amenities that add to the luxurious experience, along with the in-room breakfast and bar/lounge area.

the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep up with the summer heat, and we had to open the window, leading to street noise disturbances.

The Marylebone Hotel offers wonderfully convenient location, excellent accommodation, and unbelievably well-appointed rooms. The staff, at all levels, are extremely courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended for friends and family.

Staying in this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & Wellness Centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and heated swimming pool. the staff provided the best service, and the location advantages were unbeatable. the restaurant offered the most exquisite in-room breakfast, while the bar/lounge area had an impressive ambiance. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of special diet menus to choose from.

One minor issue was the shallow end of the swimming pool. It was quite small.

Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Convenient location for shopping and dining in Mayfair, Soho, and surrounding areas. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, including making a special Christmas experience for my son. Although we didn't use many hotel facilities, we would definitely return. Wonderful staff.
